ARG-Variablen durch feste Werte in FROM ersetzt — nicht per .env ueberschreibbar. PYTHON_VERSION, NODE_VERSION, NPM_VERSION, NGINX_VERSION aus .env, env-sample und Compose-Dateien entfernt.
