fix: Database operational error for sessions
- Switched back `SESSION_SQLALCHEMY_TABLE` and `SESSION_CLEANUP_N_REQUESTS` configuration - `flask_session` extension is now generating the `sessions` table without issues - Database permission issue resolved by clearing corrupt database volumes and running `flask db init`/`upgrade` manually Re-initialized test environment via setup commands.
