Listen: Tooltips für alle Aktions-Buttons ergänzt

In kundenliste, projektliste und Gesprächsnotizenliste haben die edit-Buttons
bzw. die Projekte-Anzeigen-Buttons bisher keinen Tooltip gehabt. Jetzt sind
alle Aktions-Buttons einheitlich mit title-Attribut versehen.
