Lerninhalte je LPIC-Prüfungsthema (`type: topic`), ein Eintrag pro Objective.
`id` enthält Stufe und Objective-Nummer, z. B. `lpic1_103_1_command_line` für 103.1.
Aufbau: Lernziel (Wortlaut/Version der Objectives mit Abrufdatum) → Kernbefehle und Dateien → Übungen → typische Fallen.
